A cycling trail full of experiences

The Moravian Trail is a cycling route that connects the Jeseníky Mountains with South Moravia. The cycling route starts at the Czech-Polish state border and leads through beautiful parts of the Jeseníky Mountains. From Hanušovice it follows the flow of the River Morava, passes through the floodplain forests of Litovelské Pomoraví, and comes to the Haná metropolis of Olomouc. It also leads through the town of Kroměříž (the “Athens of Haná”) and along the Baťa Canal to the wine region of South Moravia and the Lednice-Valtice area.

We would like to invite you to take a several-day journey along the Moravian Trail. The trip is divided into seven stages, which does not mean that you have to travel the route within seven days; quite the contrary! It is ideal to reserve 14 days for the whole holiday and mix a cocktail according to your taste. If it is to be a route full of experiences, then it is necessary to enjoy it with all your senses. We therefore recommend that you extend your trip with diversions to tourist attractions in the vicinity of the trail, such as castles, chateaux, zoos, and technical monuments. In the immediate vicinity of the Moravian Trail, there are a number of quality accommodation and catering facilities that are definitely worth a visit! And if you have children, it is no problem; anything but. In terms of its parameters, this cycling route is designed for children.

And as a "dessert" we recommend the Bečva Trail. If you want to spend 14 days in Moravia, then why not?! You will skip about 18 km in the section from Olomouc to Tovačov and instead you will take the train to Velké Karlovice. And then you can go all the way along the Bečva Trail. In two or three days you will reach Tovačov, where you will rejoin the Moravian Trail.

Moravia is beautiful and everyone can enjoy themselves, whether they are lovers of history, nature, or adrenaline.
